Experience with Quickbooks is essential.
Knowledge of Excel is desired.
Must have attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Must be willing to learn, grow and take on additional responsibilities.
Skills will be tested during the interview.
Job duties include entering A/P, reconciling accounts, handling mail, assist with payroll and billing.
