7K a year Administer the Cycle Count Program, participate in reconciling count variances, identify root causes and recommend solutions.
Monitor numerous item master record settings, item warehouse settings, BOM's and routings to ensure integrity of data.
Investigate the causes for negative on hand quantities or negative inventory locations.
Identify root causes and recommend solutions.
Coordinate movement of consignment items between warehouses.
Monitor Inventory processes and inventory levels.
Work with inventory team to manage/reduce inventory levels and excess and obsolete inventory.
Provide Data - Provide operating departments with data pertinent to inventory accuracy.
Establish and maintain strong inventory procedures that ensure the accuracy of on hand balances Execute lean concepts such as 5S and visual reordering (i.
e.
Kan Ban) that reduce the effort to maintain accurate records and ensure quantities are stocked at appropriate levels Manage additional inventory- related projects as assigned Education Preferred Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field Licenses & Certifications Preferred Co Forklift Certified Prod and Inventory Mngmt Skills Preferred Implementing Lean Manufacturing Documentation Writing Ability to Multi-Task Behaviors Required Detail Oriented:
