We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to help with administrative duties in our office in Raleigh, NC.

You have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).

You have excellent customer service/interpersonal/communication skills.
You are a team player.
You have a proven history of strong administrative skills & scheduling experience, preferably in a medical/hospital setting.
You have EMR and scheduling experience (preferred).
You are good at multitasking.
You have a background in managing an office as well as a team.
Your typical duties in this position will include:
Greeting patients.
Checking patients in and out.
Answering phones.
Obtaining patient demographics, insurance coverage, and other pertinent information.
Updating our electronic medical records software accordingly.
Shipping and Receiving.
Managing work in progress.
Scheduling for our clinicians (in office and mobile units).
Answering calls and checking messages on after-hours office cell phone.
