- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum - Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods - Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area - Monitor and address any behavioral issues or conflicts that may arise - Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols Skills:
- Experience working with children in a childcare setting - Strong classroom management skills to effectively engage and guide children - Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Patience, empathy, and understanding when dealing with children's needs and behaviors - Knowledge of behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior We are looking for a dedicated Childcare Provider who is passionate about working with children.
