- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient and effective store performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Train and supervise store staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering merchandise to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store displays.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in managing employee schedules and assigning tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of retail math, including basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of bussing and kitchen sanitation practices is a plus.
