Our company, a leading player in the technology industry, is seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant with a specialization in SEC Reporting to join our dynamic finance team.
This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to play a critical role in the financial operations of our rapidly expanding organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEC Financial Reporting, 10-Q, 10-K, Intacct, Workiva, and Consolidations.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Accountant (SEC Reporting), you will:
1.
Prepare and file quarterly and annual reports (10-Q, 10-K) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
2.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, footnotes, and management's discussion and analysis.
3.
Coordinate the preparation and review of XBRL tagging of financial statements and footnotes.
4.
Work closely with external auditors and legal counsel during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
5.
Use Intacct and Workiva tools to streamline financial reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
6.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of financial results.
7.
Assist in the preparation and documentation of corporate accounting policies and procedures in compliance with SEC regulations.
8.
Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance and provide US GAAP interpretation and prepare technical memorandums that document issues in a clear, logical and comprehensive manner.
9.
Participate in special projects related to strategic initiatives of the company as required.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Accountant (SEC Reporting) role should possess the following
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
2.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
3.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in SEC reporting and consolidations, preferably within the technology industry.
4.
Extensive knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
5.
Proficient with Intacct and Workiva financial reporting tools.
6.
Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and the ability to identify and resolve complex accounting issues.
7.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
8.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate financial information to non-finance professionals.
9.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
10.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting strict deadlines.
