NOVA's Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) in Kinston, North Carolina offers secure residential care for children with behavioral health challenges.
About the Position:
The RN observes consumers for illnesses, unwanted effects of medication, seizure activity, general well being, etc.
The RN Coordinates consumers' initial and ongoing assessment activities.
Completes quarterly physical assessments on each consumer, referring unusual conditions to the Nursing Supervisor and or to the Physician as indicated for further evaluation and treatment.
The RN participates as a member of the treatment team.
The RN will exhibit cultural sensitivity and HIPAA awareness to foster relationships and ensure fair, confidential care.
Competitive Pay!! The shifts are 12 hour, rotating shifts.
One weekend a month availability required.
