Summary:
As a Crew Technician, you will be integral to our operations, focusing on installing high-quality epoxy flooring and performing tile and grout restoration using Saniglaze products and methods.
This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Install epoxy flooring systems in accordance with company guidelines and industry standards.
- Restore tile and grout using Saniglaze methods and products, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare work sites by removing existing flooring/tiles, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring that areas are ready for installation or restoration.
- Mix and apply epoxy products and other materials with precision and care.
- Handle and operate a variety of tools and equipment necessary for floor installation and tile restoration.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, always adhering to safety protocols.
- Drive to various job sites as required; reliable transportation must be maintained.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining professionalism in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in flooring installation, specifically with epoxy and tile/grout restoration or related fields.
- Ability to handle physical workload and stand/work on knees for extended periods - Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Valid driver's license and clean driving record required to drive company vehicles/must be insurable under the company's policy - Flexibility to work an ongoing, adaptive schedule, including some evenings and weekends as projects demand.
