Select Staffing, a nation-wide staffing company, is seeking a sharp, motivated candidate with at least 3 years of similar experience to fill a challenging on-site management position with a local manufacturing/production client in Kinston, NC area! If you would enjoy working with customers in a fast paced, challenging, team-oriented environment and are looking for a career path, this is the place for you!
Duties will include recruiting, interviewing, payroll, safety oversight, coaching and counseling and retention of temporary employees. Track and analyze work force metrics and trends. The position will work closely with our client.
Position Requirements:
Bilingual English/Spanish a MUST!
Previous Human Resources experience necessary.
Customer service experience required.
Must be able to work independently.
Able to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels of internal management and client's management team.
Able to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the staffing industry.
Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.
Must have Excel skills.
Must be available to work flexible hours.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
