Grade 3-Frame Saw
Job Description:
Saw operator operates a special computer saw design to cut vinyl product.
Job Duties May Include:
Operator obtains production information.
Operator selects proper cutting series by locating series on the computer monitor.
Operator selects proper material to be cut.
Operator cuts parts and spot checks measurements to verify conformance and make necessary adjustments to maintain production specifications.
Operator places process ticket for the sash, after parts are cut, and on the lift rail.
Operator checks work to verify that the computer, the saw and the ticket all match up with the proper cut.
Operator places parts in proper bins for the next operationMaintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:
Safety conscience, Manufacturing Quality, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Manufacturing Experience, Attention to Detail and heavy to medium liftingAssociate is regularly required to stand, use hands, finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
